As a product manager, you will be empowered to solve hard problems xe2x80x93 customer problems and business problems xe2x80x93 in ways that our customers love, yet work for our business.Why pitchIN?You will be taking charge of the product for a market leader and pioneer of alternative financing in Malaysia.We are building a product team to enhance our digital product for equity crowdfunding (ECF), token crowdfunding (TCF), and secondary market product xe2x80x93 incl. campaign management, investment management, secondary market, and user wallets. The product team will also be ideating and exploring the business case for new products that can support pitchINxe2x80x99s mission to connect good businesses with smart investors.This person is someone we can count on to...Take ownership of a product throughout its product lifecycle. This includes working out what customers want, helping the business to build the right product, and then supporting the business to sell it. Shipping is necessary, but not sufficient. We look for product managers that are not afraid of signing up for results, even when this means they have to work through others to achieve the necessary results.Provide the product vision and leadership for the many other roles involved in developing, supporting, marketing, and selling the product. This will require you to have a deep knowledge of our users and customers and how they engage with our products, track industry trends and the competitive landscape, and build a deep understanding of the various constraints of the business xe2x80x93 in terms of commercial, marketing, finance, legal, compliance and privacy.Bring cross-functional team members together (incl. engineers, designers and other stakeholders) to come up with effective solutions that are valuable (our customers choose to buy or use), viable (the solution works within the many constraints of the business), usable (the user can figure out how to use) and feasible (our engineers have the skills and technology to implement). You will need to be able to influence your teammates, as well as colleagues, stakeholders, and key executives, through your use of data and logic.A good resource to understand the type of product manager we are looking for is from the Silicon Valley Product Group library of resources ( )Requirements for this role

• 2-5 years of experience as a Product Manager, Contributor within a Product Team, or related fields; Preferably in the fintech, private markets crowdfunding space.
• Proven track record of managing digital products from concept to launch.
• Strong understanding of agile development methodologies.
• Strong grasp of UX/UI principles and how they impact user engagement.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to align diverse teams toward common goals
• Understanding of regulations and trends affecting private markets, Equity Crowdfunding and Initial Exchange Offering (preferred but not required)
