An exciting Product Manager job has been made available by a renowned multinational pharmaceutical company here in Malaysia. About the Product Manager Role:
In this business critical role, you will be responsible for conceptualising and developing marketing strategies for the given branded portfolio in order to create a significant market share and growth to the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Marketing Strategy - conceptualise and develop marketing strategies. Plan, forecast and manage advertising and promotional budget versus actual expense
• Market Activities - ensure good-quality and timely delivery of promotional material support for assigned product, launch new products with a high impact launch plan, cascade marketing strategies to the sales force, oversee implementation of marketing programmes to the sales force, KOL development and management
• Develop, plan and implement marketing communication strategies
• Achieve sales budgets and product profit goals within allocated marketing resources
• Be responsible for new product launches
• Manage A&P budget and be responsible for sales and inventory forecast planning and monitoring
• Track and analyse competitor product strategy and performance

To succeed in this Product Manager role, you will need to be well versed in marketing for the consumer healthcare industry.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Science/Pharmacy/Marketing and master\'s degree in Marketing/International Business are an advantage
• At least five years of marketing/branding related experience in healthcare or relevant field
• Knowledge of market research data. Ability to manage and interpret the market data
• Strong literacy of MS Office and computer literacy. Familiarity with social media is an advantage
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in written and spoken English
