This job will be part of the Electronic Industrial Solutions Group, which provides test and measurement solutions across a broad set of electronic industrial end markets, focusing on high-growth applications in the automotive and energy industries, and measurement solutions for consumer electronics, education and manufacturing, as well as semiconductor parametric testing, nano-positioning metrology and material science. The group provides electronic design and test software, instruments, and systems used in the simulation, design, validation, manufacturing, installation and optimization of electronic equipment.


-Lead the Program Office to focus on key initiatives to accelerate EISG COE GM to achieve target 70% by 2025
-Drive a strategy program for NPIs, NSIs, Software growth, volume growth to support entire portfolio.
-Track & monitor closely for the NPIs, NSIs and Software roadmap and work closely with the stakeholder to fill the gaps
-Work closely with M&A Planner to identify the business opportunities or M&A plan.
-Lead a regular meeting to drive the program and connect to the

stakeholder.
-Drive for action and monthly update to VPs and Program Office

Job Qualifications
-Master degree in Engineering, finance or Economics
-Minimally 12- 15years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in T&M Industry.
-Strong in collaboration and communication skillset.
-Strong knowledge in Analytics and Strategy planning
-Strong in strategy setting with effective execution for success
-Leadership in driving program to deliver impactful results
