Job Description

You are responsible for overseeing the development, marketing, and strategic management of company\'s products to ensure their success in the market.

• Lead the growth and expansion of the company\'s products in the Malaysian market, including product forecasting, pipeline strategy, and new initiatives for product growth.
• Develop brand strategies, analyse market data, and assess customer feedback to ensure product relevance and competitiveness, while also implementing strategic marketing plans and measuring their efficacy.
• Map out the product\'s strategic goals, priorities, and plans and share it with the cross-functional team
• Collaborate with key opinion leaders (KOLs), clinical teams, sales, and training teams to engage with stakeholders, provide product training, and support the sales goals of local and regional distributors.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by the company.

• 8 years of experience in the pharmaceutical and/or health care industry, with a preference for experience in different therapeutic areas.

• Bachelor\'s degree or higher in Bio-sciences, Pharmacy, Marketing, or a health care-related field is preferred.

• Strong understanding and knowledge of the pharmaceutical and medical industry, including expertise in pharmaceutical commercialisation and product life cycle management.

• Proficiency in MS Office, with excellent analytic and numerical skills and a strong business acumen.

• Possesses strong interpersonal skills, maturity, and good judgement, capable of presenting and facilitating decisions among stakeholders.

• Ability to adapt quickly and execute plans in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.

• Willingness to travel within Malaysia.
