Job Description


Under the leadership of the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible to propel the brand towards market leadership and revenue growth. You will collaborate closely with various commercial operations teams to orchestrate strategic development, creative execution, product support, and sales excellence.

  • Strategic Brand Development: Formulate comprehensive brand strategies for the spectrum of products within the assigned therapeutic area (TA) portfolio.
  • Portfolio Synergy: Implement portfolio selling strategies for the therapeutic area, ensuring alignment among brands and equipping the sales team to meet sales and market share targets.
  • Multichannel Engagement: Construct a robust multichannel engagement plan to leverage opportunities across diverse channels and stakeholder segments, facilitating effective promotional campaigns.
  • Market Insight: Continuously monitor, analyse, and assess market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitor activities to unearth opportunities for the TA portfolio.
  • Performance Optimisation: Prepare sales forecasts and budgets, closely track sales volume, revenue, and costs in comparison to forecasts, and adapt plans to enhance the sales performance of the TA portfolio.
  • Key Opinion Leader Relations: Cultivate and manage key opinion leader relationships, supporting ongoing education and disseminating disease updates to health care professionals and specialists.
  • Business Development: Collaborate with the business development team in expanding the TA portfolio by identifying and crafting data-driven business cases for new products.
  • Sales Enablement: Deliver product training and conduct role-play sessions for the sales team to bolster product knowledge and sales effectiveness.
  • Cross-Functional Synergy: Foster cross-functional collaboration with other TA portfolios, sales, regulatory, market access, finance, and business development teams for integrated marketing campaigns, new product initiatives, and more.
  • Institutional Listing: Facilitate product listing within institutions, including government and private hospitals.

  • Educational Background: A degree in pharmacy, nutrition, science, or an equivalent field.
Minimum 3 years of product management experience from the health care or pharmaceutical sector

Tech Savvy: Proficiency in computer-based tools, including Excel, graphics software, and PowerPoint for impactful presentations.

Interpersonal Prowess: Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, coupled with the ability to collaborate across functions.

Analytic Acumen: Demonstrated analytic skills and the capacity to influence effectively.

Marketing Insight: A solid grasp of marketing principles or relevant qualifications.
