1.Responsible for Marketing function and marketing strategy at country level. Plan, monitor, implement and evaluate all marketing initiatives
Growth plan and reports at country level
2.Prepare and align Annual Strategic Plan in order to achieve brand and category performance
3.Prepare management reports and analysis to track brand health performance, category performance, market share, product and pricing information and analysis
4.Work closely with Business Manager, Finance and zone marketing to track and monitor A&P spending. Allocating ATL and BTL funds effectively, monitor and evaluate the results
Marketing activities
5.Support zone marketing and execute any global research, advertising campaign, NPD and Foodservice program and event, trade event at country level as required
6.Lead country A&P program, work with creative and production house on ATL, BTL and product packaging development and implementation
7.Drive new product development at country level in line with zone NPD direction and approval procedures
8.Work closely with Business Manager and distributor\'s team on BTL initiatives that include roadshows, in-store sampling, mega promotions or exclusive promotions and redemption program
9.Monitor the execution of A&P programmes to ensure the achievement of the objectives. Report key variations / gaps to the line manager regularly
