To drive sales, extend and exploit the market and to become more customer-focused and strengthen our relationship with customers. Engage with vendors on business planning or marketing event. Executes marketing plan and promotion to the market. Responsibilities: Manage complete product lifecycle including market requirements, product release plans, and product launch and tactical activities. Specifying market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research supported by on-going visits to customers and non-customers. (including document customer use cases for all assigned products through market research and customer interactions i.e. Focus groups, interviews, etc) Driving a solution set across development teams (primarily development and marketing) through market requirements, product contract and positioning. Define current and future product roadmaps that align to the strategic goals of the product portfolio. Define the product strategy and roadmap. Analyzing potential partner relationships for the product line. Be an expert with respect to the competition. Drive and communicate competitive assessment on product line to ensure sales team can overcome objections presented in highly competitive sales engagements. Guide and complete the marketing tasks in support of Product Marketing efforts (e.g. webinars). Manage beta projects, participate in beta program and fulfill all activities related to organizational readiness during the product launch program. Develop and maintain Knowledge Base and document trails such as manuals, guidelines, minutes of meetings & contracts. Provide monthly report on the performance of the product. Requirements: Degree preferably with specialisation in Business Administration, Marketing (Master Degree would be an added advantage) At least 5 years of relevant experience Excellent communications and presentation skills. Able to demonstrate a broad understanding of market dynamics, an industry area, commercial issues, and technical concerns whilst maintaining depth in core focus area. Ability to work in a multi technology environment. In addition to consulting skills, has ability to summaries prognosis and impact at practice lead level. Ability to adapt a consulting style appropriate to the situation and can identify up-sell opportunities. Preferably knowledge in technology and Infrastructure.
