An exciting Product Manager (Women\'s Health) job opportunity has become available at a multinational pharmaceutical company in Malaysia. About the Product Manager (Women\'s Health) Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to lead and drive the business\xe2\x80\x99s growth. You will be responsible to leads planning and execution of market-level promotion activities. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage healthcare professional and consumer promotional activities, resources and events
• Lead cross-functional teams to project manage upcoming launches and assume full accountability for the development and execution of events throughout all stages of commercialisation
• Manage end-to-end process of promotional development, including but not limited to managing vendors/agencies and facilitating medical and legal review process to deliver promotional resources, activities, events in line with commercial objectives
• Ensure that product marketing strategies are translated into effective promotional campaigns and executed in a timely manner in the marketplace
• Collaborate with stakeholders at both the local- and cluster-level to review implementation progress of key initiatives, provide insights to gain alignment on challenges, and drive effectiveness to achieve business objectives
• Engage external stakeholders, make proper representation of the company in external meetings, conventions and other network-building opportunities (e.g. medical society meetings, patient society meetings)
• Conduct market analysis and insights
• Facilitate implementation of market intelligence strategies; gather, validate and analyse competitive market information
• Analyse secondary data to identify trends and gather information to assess drivers of market trends and support demand planning/forecasting requirements

To succeed in this Product Manager (Women\'s Health) role, you will need to be well versed in marketing for the pharmaceutical healthcare industry. Key Requirements:

• Bachelor\'s or master\xe2\x80\x99s degree in business administration, marketing, or science-related field is preferred
• At least five years of marketing/branding-related experience (product management, product planning experience, or a cross section of marketing support experiences including market research, promotion management) in healthcare or a relevant field
• Experience using Veeva Vault Promomats, CRM, or similar platforms is preferred
• Good communicator who can effectively engage, influence and align both internal and external stakeholders to execute the brand plans
