Join us in our quest to revolutionize personalized healthcare. CircleDNA is currently looking for a Digital Product Manager to join our Digital Health. You will be the lifeblood of our creative thrust for our web platform geared towards health and wellness. You will consider underlying cognitive and emotional needs and craft experiences that connect our products with those needs. Responsibilities Lead the ideation, development, and the launch of a Digital Health Platform, with a focus on digital telehealth and ePharmacy web platform. Gathering and analyzing data about customers, competitors, and current openings in the market through secondary research and user research Present complex research findings to management in easy-to-understand manner by using slide presentations, graphs and charts Run beta and pilot programs with products and samples Formulate user stories, product requirements and writing for engineering, stakeholders and business partners. Manage product launch projects through to completion ensuring on-time delivery, and maintaining overall project ownership to assigned projects. Develop timelines, and ensure progress to plan, as well as track and communicate critical project achievements and/or risks. Identify risks and present contingency plans or solutions to key stakeholders, ensuring effective implementation of solutions/changes. Define, plan and coordinate work teams including coordinating the activities of cross-functional teams (engineers, marketers, business development, and designers) by leading through influence to ensure project timelines are met. Requirements 5+ years of experience in building web platform and marketplace, ideally with participated in the ideation and development from zero to one Strong UX design mindset, with ability to design user flow, basic wireframes for inter-department communication. Experience in conducting users research experience is a plus. Experience working in a startup environment will be favorable. Excellent communication skills with proven ability to convey complex messages clearly and with conviction to different stakeholders. Fluency in English is a must. Familiarity with agile methodologies and sprint planning. Excellent written and verbal communication skills: ability to effectively communicate to product managers, engineers, designers, and marketers.
