Job Description


Xsolla is seeking a Product Marketing Manager (junior to middle level) to join our Global Marketing Team and work on the monetization suite of products and solutions. The perfect candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in executing successful B2B marketing campaigns in the fintech and gaming industries with clear metrics to measure the effectiveness of these campaigns. The Product Marketing Manager (PMM) will report to the Product Marketing Lead and work directly with the product teams to build campaigns around the product positioning that resonates with the target audience and execute these campaigns in collaboration with the integrated marketing team.

To thrive in this position, the candidate must possess strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. The PMM will work across and with several different teams in product, marketing, production, and design, as well as communicate with key stakeholders in marketing and product, as well as business development and operations. At the same time, the candidate is expected to stay up-to-date with the latest trends in the industry and in marketing and be able to identify new opportunities and address challenges with their suite of products and solutions. \

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct market research, competitor research, and aggregate partner-facing teams feedback to help build product positioning and influence the go-to-market strategy created by the product marketing lead;
  • Execute go-to-market strategy (B2B) that coincides with product goals and objectives as well as the objectives set by the business;
  • Create strong marketing briefs to be used by the integrated marketing team, production teams, and external marketing agencies in their execution of projects and marketing campaigns;
  • Create various types of content assets, including but not limited to pitch decks, emails, ebooks, blogs, one-pagers, booklets, videos, speaking engagement scripts, landing pages, and more;
  • Manage the review and approval process with key stakeholders and implement their feedback, as well as continuously improve the deliverables with new features and assets;
  • Launch paid and organic marketing campaigns across multiple channels, measure their effectiveness, and make data-driven decisions to optimize the campaigns;
REQUIREMENTS
  • 1+ years of product marketing experience (B2B) in the fintech and / or gaming industries;
  • Bachelor\'s degree or higher in marketing, product management, project management, communications, PR, business analytics, or related field;
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize to meet the deadlines;
  • Comfortable working with G-suite, Jira, Confluence, Miro, Figma, and other tools to manage projects across global teams;
  • Ability to track and analyze data and measure the success of the campaigns;
  • Customer-centric mindset to develop marketing strategies that address the needs and pain points of the target audience;
  • Excellent written and strong presentation skills in English (B2 or above);
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

  • Any video game-related industry experience (B2B or B2C)
  • Any experience in direct-to-consumer sales or e-commerce
  • Experience with digital marketing (SEO, SEM, social media, email)
  • A proven track record of successful B2B marketing campaigns in the fintech/gaming industries with clear metrics to measure the effectiveness of these campaigns;
