About The Job Product Operations Executive Want to be part of the fastest growing startup that is at the intersection of Retail, Fintech and Data The Product Ops Executive will be responsible for ensuring seamless operations of the product development process, managing cross-functional communication, supporting the product team to deliver high-quality products that meet customer needs and business goals, and also supporting bug reports that come in from our customer success team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the product development process, strong project management skills, and the ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders. Responsibilities: Coordinate with customer support team to handle customer inquiries and support bug reports. Manage bug triage and work with the engineering team to ensure timely resolution. Work with product management to extract insights from product data and use them to inform product decisions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management, marketing, sales and ops to ensure seamless communication and coordination. Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables to ensure efficient product development and successful product launches. Identify and manage risks and issues that may impact product delivery and provide proactive solutions to mitigate them. Develop and implement processes and workflows to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness. Monitor industry trends and best practices to continuously improve product development processes and deliverables. Requirements Bachelor\'s degree in business, engineering, computer science, or related field. 3+ years of experience in product operations or related field, with a proven track record of delivering/supporting successful products. Familiar/experience in Agile methodologies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Experience with project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, Asana, etc. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities. Experience in software development, SaaS, or technology industry is a plus.
