As Operations Executive part of Business Excellence and Execution, you will support end-to-end order management process by interacting with customers, manufacturing sites, and other internal departments to ensure all orders are executed in a timely and efficient manner. You will also be responsible for key sales coordination activities.

Your Responsibilities:

Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Timely order management using relevant system. Perform manual order entry for site-to-site material transfer orders. Issue credit and debits notes.
  • Monitor email inboxes to ensure timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries regarding order status, shipping dates, product availability, and back orders.
  • Perform order confirmation and inbound system booking for manually placed orders in the system. Act as a liaison with various departments throughout the company and be a trusted advisor to internal parties.
  • Maintain and issue customer open order list. Maintain accurate and up to date working procedures.
  • Maintain and refresh the daily sales report, Perform daily, weekly, monthly uploads of sales data from Sales Distributors to internal sales system.
  • Provide HCP Consent, sending forms to HCPs, update local consent tracker, enable consent in CRM systems and update status to internal. Monitoring of checks for HCP Portal Medhub MY, validity and expiry. Perform HCP direct and indirect spend data compilation and validation for quarterly transparency reporting.
  • Perform tagging of new sales accounts by Products in internal sales system with FLM. Collate monthly Field Force and MSL performance from the APMA Customer Engagement dashboard and update PerfEx slides. Monitor stock level, order submission to DKSH, issue COA or LOU and replacement Additional Specifications.
  • Assist Digital Manager in maintaining Veeva Vault. POPsys metric keying, data entry quarterly basis. Assist in administrative planning for NIC Finance and System Checks
Role Requirements

What you\'ll bring to the role:
  • Bachelor\'s Degree
  • Experience in commercial excellence is an advantage
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques - Excel, CRM, QlikSense
  • Able to understand changing dynamics of Pharmaceutical industry
  • Proficient and fluent in English (spoken and written), with good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Digital & Technology Savvy
