We are seeking an energetic, assertive, creative Product Operations Specialist with excellent time management and leadership skills to oversee and support daily tech operations.

About the Role

You will be responsible for supporting & guiding internal stakeholders through using Mindvalley Tech Products, to ensure business as usual operates smoothly on a daily basis.

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues
  • Be the representation of tech department for other business teams
  • Coordinate and Manage Go-To-Market Projects ensure smooth roll out of releases across multiple teams
  • Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams (e.g. software developers)
  • Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers and cross teams
  • Attending to Operational Requests/Projects on behalf of Tech teams
  • Developing business processes to streamline product development and release with multiple teams
  • Ensure all issues are properly logged
  • Working towards Reduction in number of post production bugs on our products and quality customer experience
  • Overseeing quality assurance checks on new features
  • Document technical knowledge in the form of notes and manuals
  • Take ownership of complex technical problems and drive them to resolution, individually, as well as work effectively through escalations with the engineering team
  • Providing customers with step-by-step guidance to resolve technical problems.
  • Following up on technical queries and providing prompt feedback.
  • Relaying application functionality feedback from customers to developers and PMs.
Requirements
  • BSc in Computer Science/ Engineering/Technical Background is a plus ; prior industry experience (minimum 1-2 years)
  • Project Coordination/Management/Operational Experience
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
  • Prior work experience in a similar capacity would be an added benefit, but not a prerequisite
