As a Programmable Solutions Group Customer Operations and Enablement Customer Operations Specialist Penang, you will help to manage numerous aspects of the business: Your responsibilities will include, but not limited to, the following: \xef\xbf\xbd Backlog Management and Orders Fulfilment for Partners Direct Program \xef\xbf\xbd Review and process change orders to ensure PSG Backlog matches Customer Backlog within agreed terms and conditions and internal guidelines \xef\xbf\xbd Manage fallout orders and work for dispositions \xef\xbf\xbd Perform manual/mass updates to orders - cancellations, split, blocks \xef\xbf\xbd Run, extract, and systematize reports such as BOBj reporting tool \xef\xbf\xbd Work with Global Logistics partners, Global Trade, warehousing, and planning to support urgent customer requests, and escalate expedites as necessary \xef\xbf\xbd Work with sales, distribution, and planning teams to support urgent customer requests, own and drive escalated expedites as necessary \xef\xbf\xbd Support hard allocation activity \xef\xbf\xbd Reverse logistics management \xef\xbf\xbd Upside Units orders: comply with the UU program and tag orders as required. Creation of expedites fee POs in SAP \xef\xbf\xbd Manage consignment order ship and return from Distribution\'s Hub. \xef\xbf\xbd Support quarterly consignment\'s stock reconciliation and rotation. \xef\xbf\xbd Support customer\'s buffer fulfillment. \xef\xbf\xbd Work with Distribution partners, Customer Master data team on Customers\' account set up, changes, and Special Instructions set up \xef\xbf\xbd Support OEM, PDP, Consignment customer queries, such as scheduling and shipping queries, export information, and lead times. \xef\xbf\xbd Work with Global trade and Distribution partners on import and export license compliance for shipment to the customers sites globally \xef\xbf\xbd Manage credit and Debit memo issuance as needed \xef\xbf\xbd Lead and/or assist Geo and Corporate projects related to Order Management and Supply Chain \xef\xbf\xbd Drive continuous improvement to build best in class performance and increase internal and external customer relationships

Qualifications

Desired Competencies : \xef\xbf\xbd Experience in FPGA business \xef\xbf\xbd Have experience related to Customer order management \xef\xbf\xbd SAP systems experience \xef\xbf\xbd Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook \xef\xbf\xbd Ability to Work both regionally and globally \xef\xbf\xbd Experience in Customer facing role \xef\xbf\xbd Fluent in mandarin or cantonese as a second language a plus \xef\xbf\xbd Knowledge in analytical tools such as Power Bi \xef\xbf\xbd Detail orientation, self-starter and strong team- work. \xef\xbf\xbd Flexibility to work across different time zone Qualifications : \xef\xbf\xbd Have a degree qualification in business or supply chain or related field \xef\xbf\xbd Have min 5 years working experience in multi-national electronics or semiconductor business or similar \xef\xbf\xbd Some supply chain, program management, order management, planning or related experience in a semiconductor or high-tech company. \xef\xbf\xbd Knowledge of SAP, BoBj reporting tool \xef\xbf\xbd Excellent written and verbal communication skills \xef\xbf\xbd Fluent written and spoken English

Working Model

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
