This role is responsible for providing business requirements and design for non-retail transactional and servicing digital channels. The focus will be on products such as Cash, Trade, Liquidity Management, Loans, and Cards, specifically from the user interactive channels perspective. Next Gen BizChannel (NGB) will replace BizChannel@CIMB, offering a better user experience across multiple business segments and user personas. It will extend products and services beyond conventional Cash and Trade, transforming NGB into the single digital servicing channel for CIMB non-retail customers. NGB is a 5-year strategic program with a clear implementation roadmap by product, servicing capabilities, and CIMB markets.
