About the Role Swift\'s Data and Services tribe, is looking for a Product Owner to drive the strategy and delivery of the Swift Scope solution to central banks and financial institutions. Swift Scope is our on premises business intelligence solution that combines financial messaging data collection and analysis to support the needs of central banks and commercial banks for specific use cases.This is a great opportunity for a strong professional and team player who enjoys a combination of strategic thinking, responding to ongoing market developments, leveraging data insight/analysis and technology, and interacting with stakeholders and customers.As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for releasing and maintaining a product that meets the customer\'s needs and to achieve the squad goals.What to Expect?Shape the vision of the squad by aligning with the company\xe2\x80\x99s strategyDefine roadmap and priorities for Swift Scope squad and synchronize it with the Tribe Leadership and other relevant stakeholdersBrainstorm within the Squad to find the best way to answer to customer needs and to prioritize themAct as an ambassador of your squad towards both the internal stakeholders as well as the customers,Interact and collaborate with the product manager to understand the customer needs related to the products / solutions provided by the squad,Work in close collaboration with internal stakeholders (commercial teams, customer experience, risk, operations, global security, etc.) to ensure smooth delivery of the solutions to customers,Define and meet high standards and procedures of operational excellence required for service and product delivery,Be accountable for the squad backlog (story definition, prioritization, Definition of Ready/Done etc..) by ensuring clarity, completeness and transparency to ensure an efficient way of working for the squad (clear scope, clear actions, clear goals, clear design..),To have a very tangible impact on the growth of the team members of the Squad by understanding them, supporting them, helping them and driving them to be the best version of themselves, in collaboration with Chapter Leads,Lead an agile team respecting timing and scheduling estimates, propose corrective actions when necessary.Act as an owner of product escalations,Keep and ensure good relationship with vendors/drive vendors for timely resolution of issues. Escalate issues with vendor effectiveness where/if applicable.What will make you successful?

• University degree or equivalent work experience
• At least 6-8 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in digital solutions design and implementation, ideally in a Data & Analytics context.

Qualifications:

• Experience with the software delivery lifecycle in a high-volume data processing context (BI, data warehousing, data engineering, \xe2\x80\xa6)
• Good understanding of service delivery in a mission critical environment, understanding high availability, monitoring and alerting, support, escalation
• Good understanding of networking and security concepts,
• Experienced in Agile/SCRUM methodologies and having applied them in a working environment, good understanding of CI/CD and DevSecOps,
• Good experience in structured software and/or data engineering techniques (e.g. UML, use case modelling, user stories writing, data modelling, data normalisation, state transition diagrams, regular expressions, \xe2\x80\xa6) and knowledge of Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence) is preferred.
• Experience in Product Management is a plus
