Responsibilities:

Define resource allocation, project scope, roles and responsibilities and project timeline
Support Tech Leads in the allocation of resources based on the comprehensive understanding of engineers\xe2\x80\x99 capabilities
Drive project direction and actively monitor project status to ensure high quality of project delivery
Facilitate weekly status meetings, review and report to stakeholders regularly on a timely basis
Identify and address problems that arise with the project team
Decide alternatives/work-around in time to ensure that project deliverables meet expectations
Work closely in a cross-functional team with product managers and engineers, to resolve issues within the project lifecycle
Responsible for internal and external project-related communications, improving and optimising the project processes, and delivering project requirements
Develop project management standards and implement standards within the organisation

Qualifications:

Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree or above and has relevant IT technical experience related to fintech and/or payment
Analytical and structured thinking with the ability to break problems down into milestones and deliverables
Good discipline in risk control to achieve a high standard in a highly regulated environment
Ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in requirements or deliverables
Highly effective in communicating with technical and non-technical stakeholders with the ability to build and foster working relationships
Certified Product Owner with at least 3 years preferably with multi markets Product Owner experience
Possesses technical knowledge in PHP, and/or usage of Jira and Confluence is a plus
