Product & Process Engineer
Job Description
4.1 Overall responsible for the planning and executing of all manufacturing test procedures & FA samples submission. 4.2 Responsible to manage and resolve all the technical issue of manufacturing process. 4.3 Maintaining Quality System relevent to Engineering so that all procedures are followed. 4.4 Conduct appropriate technical training to inhouse workforce and identify appropriate fixtures or Jig. 4.5 Install and Maintain all Test Equipment and establish appropriate test procedures. 4.6 Participate in Development Review so as to ensure that all product developed adhere to the appropriate standards / requirement. 4.7 Approval of Prototype,FA Sample,ECN and Route ticket prior to production. 4.8 To assist & support any technical enquiry by Customer. 4.9 Responsible in sustaining the machineries preventive maintenance. 4.10 Initiating and derive the optimum and efficient process flow-chart to enchance the efficiency,quality & productivity of the products.
