Product Senior Staff Engineer

What we expect

Owner of the yield roadmap: rolling 12 months and be accountable that the FE/BE achieve those yield targets. Owner of yield: Continuously report and track yield progress against roadmap with all function. Define/drive yield improvements: analyse yield detractors to the root causes, drive improvements with respective process integration and process owners Owner of systems and data: Define systems and data required for yield performance, ensure quick identification of issues and root causes, kill ratio analysis and yield improvement methodologies Owner of product performance / spec: Safeguard product requirements and performance, technical ownership for testing, probing, AVI, etc., owner of product master data Owner of product cost: Owner to define the overall best way to minimize costs due to yield losses across the whole value chain First technical contact for Back End / Business Unit / Customer related topics Who we are looking for

Bachelors of Science or Master study of Engineering, Chemistry, Material Science At least 8 years of experience in Semiconductor Wafer Fab. Microsoft Office, Data analytic skills, Project management skills, FMEA, Statistics, 8D, 6sigma. Strong Process technical knowledge. Good interpersonal skills, responsible, accountable, initiative, & able handle stress. Strong knowledge in Yield analysis. Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team, analytical thinking and creativity.
