- Product & system standardization. - Value analysis and product improvement. - Inspection service, prepare Inspection Report and making presentation to Client. - Installation, testing and commissioning. - Perform annual review and ensure product and system standardization is on right track at vendor (for System) and production (for fabricated part). - Check and update drawing: Electrical diagram, Piping & Instrumentation Diagram (PID), Mimic diagram, HMI, panel design etc - Update design / specification / process changes by parts/system Vendor - Carry out system / parts inspection work at site. - Get accurate data and lead discussion from inspection findings with relevant party for next course of action. - Prepare and compile Inspection Report - Present Inspection Report to Customer and attend to Q&A. - Use measuring tools correctly and maintain proper records for all calibrated instruments and parts. - Plan and coordinate work at site with internal and external parties. - Propose corrective and preventive maintenance. - Perform installation, testing and commissioning for system and electrical work at site. - Prepare and compile Commissioning Checklist for Client\xe2\x80\x99s approval.
