Job Description


The Medical Sales Representative is responsible for driving consistent sales growth and achieving sales goals and targets in the assigned territory. This role involves identifying opportunities, acquiring new business, and maintaining existing business relationships.

  • Promote a range of establish pharmaceutical products to health care professionals in the designated territory.
  • Utilise product trials, literature, and other promotional materials effectively to gain recommendations and endorsements from both current and potential health care professionals.
  • Take ownership of achieving individual and monthly sales targets, while implementing key promotional plans in collaboration with health care professionals.
  • Proactively manage and foster strong customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Plan, schedule, organise, and execute daily tasks, functions, and duties efficiently to maximise sales results.

  • Bachelor\'s degree in Life Sciences or a related health sciences field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales.
  • Highly sales-driven and results-oriented, with a strong sense of self-motivation to achieve targets.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective engagement with health care professionals.
  • Capable of working independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating a proactive and responsible approach to tasks.
  • Must possess a personal vehicle and be willing to travel outstation as required
