Sound interesting?Then come in and join Malaysia team as Product Specialist (Molecular Imaging).Your tasks and responsibilities:\xc2\xb7 You are responsible to provide deep technical knowledge in the assigned portfolio (Molecular and Diagnostic Imaging) and advice both sales organization and customers the capabilities and options how to use and integrate Siemens Healthineers products and solutions effectively.\xc2\xb7 You will support advance business goals of Siemens Healthineers sales organization by implementing marketing concepts and providing technical content expertise to support sales success and customer satisfaction for the respective modalities or services.\xc2\xb7 You are responsible to maintain knowledge and expertise in products, technical and market changes.\xc2\xb7 You will serve as a subject matter expert (sales and technical applications) to Account Managers and other Siemens sales stakeholders.\xc2\xb7 You will be responsible to develop and foster professional networks within the healthcare industry of the assigned portfolio.\xc2\xb7 You will be responsible to develop and customize the business marketing and communications plans to local context.\xc2\xb7 You will understand local competitive and market landscape for proper positioning.\xc2\xb7 You will provide feedback to business line on usability and customer opinions.\xc2\xb7 You will participate in joint calls with sales team (product demonstrations, customer presentations).\xc2\xb7 You will prepare quotation and tender submission.\xc2\xb7 You will be responsible in implementation and adoption of Siemens Healthineers Tools, Processes and Guidelines.To find out more about the specific business, have a look atYour qualifications and experience:\xc2\xb7 Commensurate understanding and experience of healthcare delivery with demonstrable experience of understanding customer pain points / requirements and creating proposals to fit their needs.\xc2\xb7 You should be ready for extensive travel, more than 50% within Malaysia.\xc2\xb7 Demonstrable expertise in healthcare industry with practical experience on imaging modalities.\xc2\xb7 Years of Experience: At least 2-3 Years in the field.\xc2\xb7 Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree or equivalent qualification.\xc2\xb7Your attributes and skills:

• You possess strong analytics and technical troubleshooting skills.
• You are a team player with the ability to work independently.
• You are proficient in both written and spoken Malay & English.

Applicants are to be qualified radiographers well versed in the mentioned modality (Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI)) with at least 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience of working in a hospital. Experienced in Siemens Models is an added advantage.Your mission is to increase customer satisfaction and productivity by providing outstanding, high-quality customer application education and support, including turnover training and further continuative education, thereby optimize customer training experience. Increase efficacy of sales through competent application consultancy and support as well as on-site selling of Education and Expand offerings.Clinical Education Specialist (CES) are responsible for the application education and support for one Business Unit; Responsible for standard systems and applications. Delivery of Application Services (Training and Support) in pre-sales, implementation, and after-sales.Responsibilities & Tasks Include:

• On-site customer education at his/her Siemens systems; incl. turnover training, follow-ups, updates and upgrades for standard systems and applications.

• Customer consultancy and support in individual workflow improvements, incl. adjustment of system parameters and implementation of new methods and clinical workflows to expand customer portfolio.

• Professional application support to quickly process and resolve customer tickets, escalations and complaints, incl. error diagnosis and repair, trouble shooting.

• Support of PLM/CRM process, incl. field insight into customer needs, issues and known application errors as well as provision of troubleshooting know-how and experience.

• Sales Support, e.g. product demonstrations, preparation of clinical case studies.

• On-site option sales, esp. lead generation.

• You hold a successfully completed Diploma or Degree in Radiography, Diagnostic Imaging.
