Product Specialist
Job Description
Job Responsibility Attend to customers and ascertain their needs to drive sales. Provide advice on the product line to customers based on features, comparisons to other brands, and promotions. Handle customers\' pre- and post-sales inquiries with tactfulness. Manage store visibility and merchandise in the store. Meet and exceed monthly sales targets set by management. Fulfil all other duties, activities, and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time. Job Requirements URGENT HIRING Technology and gadget enthusiast. Customer-oriented, patient, and friendly. Possesses good discipline, communication, and interpersonal skills. Able to work on weekends, public holidays, and a shift basis (following the retail shop\'s operational hours). Proficiency in English / Mandarin will be an added advantage.
