Product Specialist (RAD) - JB

The Product Specialist (RAD) is responsible to achieve or exceed the annual sales target assigned to the territory with effective implementation of sales and product activities. This position will strategically promote the assigned Radiology & Cardiology portfolio and build a customer base and monitor competitive activity in each account and ensures that appropriate response strategies are formulated and communicated. He/SHe will also plan and implement the territory\'s scientific program to clients to enhance product awareness to secure market share development and defend from competitors and provide the annual territory report (ATP), including quarterly sales review, forecast, opportunity and risk management, with constructive territory overview/action plans and recommendations.

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Achieve sales targets by effectively utilizing all the available resources, generating the assigned area territory plan
  • Maintain updated installed-based in CRM platform
  • Assist in conducting market research, which may include developing surveys, doing research, sending emails, making calls, and even understanding the competition activities.
  • Establish strong relationship (end users, OEM etc) to strengthen business continuity and ongoing representation.
  • To identify and increase key opportunities in new accounts and manage the existing accounts with an entrepreneurial mindset
  • To promote and perform all product-related detailers and demonstrations and answer all product-related questions, and recommendations of products to increase revenue and product acceptance, including gathering product feedback
  • Facilitate training sessions as well as plan and assist with new product releases, launches, and events
  • Accomplish a minimum five quality calls per week with outcome updates in the CRM platform
  • Develop strong product knowledge and continuously update the product knowledge and selling skills via self-learning, product training
  • Plan and execute the tender and core products offering.
  • Responsible for the execution of pre and post-sales activities (e.g. e-detailing, product demonstration, product training), including clinical application support for the team
  • Identify product advantage in bringing potential business upsides and Radiology business expansion opportunity
WHO YOU ARE:
  • Bachelor or Degree in Business or Radiography
  • Minimum 2-3 years of product specialist or working experience in Radiography is preferred.
  • Strong relationship with HCPs in Malaysia
  • Strong contacts with good relationships with KOLs and HCPs in Radiology
  • Posess strong presentation, planning, organizational skills.
  • Strong sense of commitment and dedication with sense of urgency to drive desired outcome.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, and ability to work both independently and within a team
