CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
Act as the point of contact for clients, resolve problems and handle requests in a timely manner
Provide in-depth product knowledge for physiotherapy, rehabilitation, and sports science equipment.
Conduct product demonstrations, training sessions, and basic clinical support for customers.
Support sales representatives during customer visits, presentations, and tenders.
Assist in product installation, setup, and user training when required.
Stay updated with new features and product launches, actively participate in product training/workshops/ events
Study relevant clinical articles/information to enhance knowledge and provide relevant advice to internal/external customers
Gather customer feedback and market insights to support sales and marketing strategies.
Submit weekly complete reports to the manager
SKILLS REQUIRED:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good presentation and public speaking abilities
Ability to understand and explain clinical/technical product information
Strong understanding of physiotherapy, rehabilitation, and sports equipment.
Comfortable conducting product demos and basic training.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer requests professionally
Able to travel for customer visits, demos, or installations when required.
Good time management and ability to work independently
Team player with strong collaboration skills
Well-organised with good attention to detail.
Computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, CRM systems, basic data entry)

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
