Role Description Full time on-site role as a Product Specialist at UMMI Surgical Sdn Bhd located in Shah Alam Responsible for the sales and promotion of surgical products Regular meetings with surgeons, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to build rapport and develop long term relationship with key customers To attend surgical procedures and to provide technical and clinical support Responsible in managing customer enquiries and marketing activities i.e. conduct workshops, demonstrations, road show etc Work with the the Sales and Marketing Manager and sales team to achieve team and sales target Qualifications Product Specialists, Marketing, Sales and Customer Service skills Excellent Analytical and Communication Skills Outgoing personality and eager to learn Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Able to work during weekend or odd hours Possess own transport and willing to travel Required to be well verse in English & Bahasa Malaysia Bachelor\'s degree in a relevant field such as Biomedical Engineering, Medical Technology or related field Experience in surgical products or medical devices is a plus Fresh graduate are encouraged to apply
