Responsible for the sales and promotion of ENT, Airway & related products. Providing professional support to our customer is key to this role. The support takes on many forms and shapes, ranging from technical support with our equipment to clinical application support across a wide range of indications. It also includes on-site application support and training of medical professionals in hospitals (OR\'s) The Product Specialist will also be involved in marketing activities, e.g. organizing conference participation/workshops You will report to the Sales Manager. Key responsibilities: Regular meetings with surgeons, nurses, and other healthcare professionals in a hospital setting Attending surgical procedures and providing technical support for the usage of the equipment/device during the surgery Driving revenue and achieving sales targets Conducting and arranging continuous medical education (CME) events - workshops, demonstrations, and exhibitions Sales forecasting and reporting Developing long-term relationships with key HCPs and key accounts Requirements: At least a Diploma or Bachelor Degree\'s holder Disciplined, good working attitude and able to work independently Motivated and enthusiastic team player Good interpersonal skills with strong persuasive and negotiation skills Able to work during weekend or odd hours Required language : English and Bahasa Malaysia.
