Purpose Statement:
Core objective of this role is to support the Divisional Manager in achieving the goals and objectives of the Division they represent.
Key Responsibilities:
-Develop as professional sales rep by acquiring working knowledge and selling techniques. Able to tackle a routine issues, limited knowledge in medical device industry (BSC and competitors).
-Visit customers and/or potential customers on a regular and planned basis to promote products and services to achieve monthly, quarterly and yearly sales targets, as agreed with line manager.
-Manage existing and acquire new customers in the assigned territory under close supervision & guidance of the Manager.
-Follow instructions of Manager in order to plan and develop the market for our existing and new products according to divisional goals and objectives, through execution, while optimize available tools (cosignment, etc).
-Monitor consignment and inventory management for sales optimization.
-Provide ongoing technical training and support to customers directly in the cathlabs.
-Provide case support in the operating theatres.
-Begin establishing business relationships with hospital management, purchasing department and hospital staff.
-Attend meetings, conferences and exhibitions as required to promote Boston Scientific products and services.
-Analyze and provide timely report to the Manager (monthly, quarterly & year basis) about the market and business using all available support tools.
-To represent Boston Scientific values and integrity.
-Participate in project teams, if requested.

Works under general direction regarding the progress of projects and special assignments. May seek guidance in resolving problems, interpretating established policies, procedures and practices. Work is reviewed for soundness of judgment.
Business Relationships and Project Management:
Cultivates a wide range of internal business relationships and begins to develop an external network of resources to facilitate completion of tasks. May lead a project team of small to moderate scope. Influence exerted at peer level and occasionally at first levels of management.
