Conduct live demonstrations of electrical appliances (e.g., vacuum cleaners, floor washers, kitchen appliances).
Explain technical specifications, features, and usage in a simple and engaging manner.
Assist customers in selecting suitable products based on their needs.
Provide after-sales product usage guidance when needed.
2. Sales Support & Conversion
Promote products to achieve monthly sales targets.
Actively approach customers and build rapport to drive interest.
Manage product displays to ensure proper setup, cleanliness, and attractiveness.
Collect customer feedback and report trends to the sales/marketing team.
3. Product Knowledge & Training
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all appliances, new models, and features.
Attend product training sessions and refreshers regularly.
Educate retail staff or dealers on product features when required.
4. Reporting & Administration
Prepare daily/weekly sales reports.
Track demo performance and customer inquiries.
Report any technical issues, defects, or customer concerns to the relevant department.
5. Brand Representation
Uphold company standards in customer service and professionalism.
Ensure brand guidelines and messaging are consistently delivered.
Participate in promotional events, roadshows, or marketing campaigns.
