We are looking for a

Product Support

specialist to manage and support assigned product brands throughout their lifecycle. This role bridges product management, technical support, training, and customer engagement, ensuring both internal teams and customers receive expert product guidance and support.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and coordinate activities related to assigned product brands. Support sales and service teams with product-specific strategies and insights. Prepare structured reports on product performance, recurring service issues, and customer feedback. Maintain records of training sessions, events, and urgent support cases. Manage and update product knowledge bases, FAQs, and troubleshooting guidelines. Conduct internal product training for sales, service, and support teams. Test and evaluate new product units upon arrival, ensuring proper setup, calibration, and readiness. Prepare training materials, product documentation, and technical guides. Provide immediate remote support and guide customers through troubleshooting procedures. Conduct on-site product troubleshooting and urgent support at customer locations. Act as the specialist point of contact for complex product cases requiring deeper technical or application expertise. Participate in exhibitions, workshops, and product-related events. Deliver end-to-end customer engagement, from onboarding and workflow integration to ongoing application support, serving as a trusted product expert.

Requirements

Minimum Diploma or Degree in Electrical & Electronics, Bio-Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or Optometry. Proficient in software and applications. Experience in covering private and/or public hospitals is an advantage. Willingness to travel. Independent, self-motivated, and possess own transportation.
