Job Description

  • To deliver machine to customer\'s site, handling delivery process, documentations and provide training\'s .
  • To prepare and submit reports ( including but not limited to delivery, fault report, demo report, etc.)
  • To handle after sales customer support- including compliant and/or fault report ( preliminery investigation, rectification if possible, reporting)
  • To gather market and competitor\'s information ( photo, videos and report) during customer/ site visit.
