Job Description
- To deliver machine to customer\'s site, handling delivery processes, documentations and provide training\'s.
- To prepare and submit reports ( including but not limited to delivery, fault report, demo report, etc).
- To handle after sales customer support- including complaint and / or fault report ( preliminary investigation, rectification if possible, reporting)
- To conduct products training\'s to internal and external entities.
