Product Support Specialist

Job Description
- Provide day-to-day technical support for customers
- Maintain good relationship with customers
- Prepare necessary training materials( powerpoint, videos, etc)
- Conduct training classes to existing customers
- Create training videos about TS Exim softwares
- Prefer candidate with interior design/3D modeling/architecture/IT and/or related industry knowledge
- Basic knowledge of 3D design software i.e Sketchup/Autocad/3DSMax is an added advantage
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Able to communicate with clients effectively; either on a personal basis, in a small group, and in a large group.
- Must be willing to travel; locally and/or outstation with own transport, allowances will be provided accordingly.
