- Attend to on site installation, repair & maintenance and testing of products (Digital Weighing Scales, Food Processing and Packagig Machine, Freezer).
- Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions.
- Testing and familiarize with product software applications and systems.
- Create manuals and detailed sets of instruction documentation.
- Guide and train field technicians.
- Assist in planning/coordination of projects and tasks.
- First point of contact for all technical issue.
- Produce timely and detailed service reports.
- Complete daily task assign by superior.
- Provide over the phone solution to customer.
- Work closely with Sales & Operations.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
