Job Description
Job Summary
This role is to assist in the design and development of new and enhancment of retail products, including preparation and review of all product documentations, marketing and campaign materials and ensure timely roll-out of product within the timeline.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare/review product materials i.e. policy wordings, proposal forms, product disclosure sheet, etc
- Review marketing materials i.e. brochure, flyer, bunting, et
- Prepare/review campaign materials i.e. term & conditions, etc
- Liaise with vendor on the changes required on product documents
- Prepare and liaise with all stakeholders for product documentatio
- Prepare/review system related documents i.e., Renewal Notice, Renewal Notification Letter, eProposal and eSchedule
- Assist in user acceptance testing
- Participate in project initiatives to improve efficiency and productivity of the department
- Min 3 years of relevant working experience, in insurance industry
- Degree in any related field
- Good commang of spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Proficient in MS Office programs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to work with different stakeholders and good team spirit
- Meticulous and detailed oriented
