To support cloud-based tool for automated data mining of front end and back-end test data for quality & yield improvement, statistical process control, RMA root cause analysis and safe ramp yield monitoring.
Your New Role:
- To support the yield data analysis, development, implementation and monitoring of current yield tools
- Perform yield data analysis
- Maintain existing software system by identifying and correcting software defects
- Setup automated transfer flow
- To monitor, analyze and resolve all the data loading error
- Custom scripting
- Liaise with users to troubleshoot application queries and issues as well as to provide appropriate actions on a timely manner
- Degree in Computer Science/Electrical Engineering.
- Experienced staff with up to 3 years of relevant experience
- Having analytical and strong interest in programming
- Basic understanding of the Foundry or Final Test process
- In-depth knowledge and understanding in ONE of the following programming:
- Spotfire templates
- R-programming
- Iron Python programming
- C Python programming
