1 Provide general administrative and clerical support 2 Responsible for day-to-day posting production output in SAP system 3 Handling office tasks, such as filing 4 Maintain up-to-date employee records 5 Prepare monthly punch card and access card setting 6 Provide administrative support to other department as and when required. 7 Assist in staff disciplinary issues, staff development, engagement programs and etc 9 Preparing and maintain new employee files 10 Provide support in human resources and administration matters 11 To handle Safety, Health and Security of the Companies 12 To handle all matters related to foreign workers such as permit and passport renewal, hostel inspection, FOMEMA, send workers for medical check up, hospital, clinic 13 Able to perform any other ad-hoc Human Resource and Admin duties as assigned by Superior Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: RM1,800.00 - RM2,600.00 per month Benefits:
