Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods. Maintain accurate production records, including daily output, material usage, and downtime reports. Reading blueprints and specifications to ensure that operations meet production standards. Generate and distribute work orders and workflow order based on the production schedule, and entry and update data in the SQL & EDMS system. Track the flow and status of work-in-progress (WIP) and coordinate with production personnel to ensure timely updates. Coordinate material flow with Quality Control, Warehouse and Production teams to resolve discrepancies. Performing inspections at random to assess product quality Able to create Auto-CAD drawing Archive and organize production documents to meet traceability and audit compliance requirements. Ensure that on-site production documents comply with internal Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and relevant regulatory requirements.

Job Requirements:



Preferably 1-2 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing or production environment. Strong communication skills and be able to coordinate and cooperate with various departments. Having qualifications in Civil Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Industrial Engineering / Construction Management is added advantage.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
