Production Admin Assistant - Food & Beverage Industry (Entry-Level)

We are a fast-growing company in the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry, specializing in sauces & pastes, ready-to-eat meals, and frozen food. To support our production operations, we are looking for a

fresh, motivated SPM leaver or diploma graduate

to join us as a

Production Admin Assistant

.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in preparing and updating production documents and reports Help track production schedules, stock usage, and inventory records Support daily production administrative tasks (filing, data entry, printing, etc.) Liaise with production, warehouse, and QC teams to support smooth operations Maintain proper documentation for quality systems like GMP and HACCP Help prepare documents for audits and internal reviews Perform other admin duties as assigned by the supervisor

Requirements:

SPM or Diploma in any field (FRESH GRADUATES are encouraged to apply) Basic computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Word, etc.) Able to read, write, and communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English Willing to learn and work in a production/warehouse environment Responsible, organized, and able to follow instructions Able to work independently and as part of a team
