Key Responsibilities:
Handle purchasing activities to ensure timely supply of materials and goods required for production.
Coordinate closely with suppliers and the production team to prevent stock shortages or production delays.
Assist in cost control by sourcing competitively and monitoring price trends.
Maintain accurate purchase orders, delivery records, and inventory data in both manual files and AutoCount system.
Support production administrative tasks such as preparing reports, updating daily production and material usage records.
Communicate effectively with suppliers, logistics, and internal departments to ensure smooth workflow.
Prepare and maintain spreadsheets and reports using Microsoft Excel (e.g., stock summary, costing, purchasing reports).
Assist in any other administrative duties assigned by management.
Requirements:
Diploma or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
Minimum 1 year experience in purchasing or production admin is an advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data entry & reporting).
Experience with AutoCount system is required.
Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Able to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
Detail-oriented and responsible.
