Requirements Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor & Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field. At least 1 year(s) of working experience in Retail industrial is required. Good customer service skill. Good communication in Bahasa Malaysia & English. Highly fit with no prolong illness or any disabilities. Strong leadership and creativity. Independent, responsible, self-motivated, resourceful and able to work under pressure Pleasant appearance and neatly groomed. Must be willing to work on shift, weekends and public holidays. Able to relocate. Responsibilities Prioritize, plan, schedule and manage production activities to meet manufacturing objectives in timely and cost-effective manner. Identify production issues, analyze root causes and derive resolutions. Perform inventory management and report warehouse status to Manager. Develop production plan and schedule to ensure continuous operations. Develop logistic strategy to avoid downtime and delays. Work with Manager in budget analysis and preparation. Monitor and manage expenses within allotted budget. Develop process improvements to improve workflow efficiency. Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing customer concerns promptly and professionally. Ensure that manufactured product meets customer specifications Communicate production updates and errors to Manager on regular basis Organize and schedule job trainings to employees Generate production related reports to Manager and customers when needed. Communicate complex issues to Manager for immediate resolution.
