JOB REQUIREMENT

- SPM with related experience or

- Diploma certification

- Experience in embroidery / production is an advantage (training provided).

-Detail-oriented, disciplined & able to meet deadlines.

-Team player & physically fit (able to stand long hours).

-Willing to work overtime when required.

-Basic knowledge of embroidery file formats (DST, EMB, PES) is an advantage.

-Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

-Ability to manage time effectively and work under pressure to meet deadlines.

-Physically fit: able to stand for long periods and handle light to medium lifting.

-Team player with good discipline and communication skills.

-Able to operate or quickly learn to operate printing machine and related software (AI & PS).

JOB DESCRIPTION

-Operate embroidery machine (setup, run, monitor, basic maintenance).

- Inspect finished products & ensure quality.

-Assist in packing, folding, labeling, and delivery preparation.

-Support production team (cover tasks when needed).

-Maintain cleanliness & safety in workspace.

-Prepare embroidery materials such as threads, fabrics, backing, and designs according to order specifications.

-Operate and set up embroidery machines, including loading designs, adjusting speed/tension, and troubleshooting errors.

- Monitor embroidery process to ensure accuracy, precision, and quality.

- Perform basic machine maintenance such as cleaning, oiling, needle changes, and report major issues to technicians.

- Work in Ai & PS for customer design

- Assist supervisor to complete daily job

- Perform quality check on stock fabric (QC)
