Job Description

Responsibilities:

To assist the Production Senior Engineer in managing and coordinating the activities of the Production Department. To ensure that production output targets are achieved in line with customer requirements and established quality standards. To support the implementation of process improvements to enhance productivity, efficiency, and quality performance. To monitor daily production operations and prepare reports for submission to management. To liaise with relevant departments to resolve production-related issues and ensure smooth operations. To ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations within the production area.

Qualifications:

Possess a Bachelor's Degree in any Engineering discipline. Minimum three (3) years of working experience in a Production environment. Minimum five (3) years of working experience in an automotive parts manufacturing company, with direct experience liaising with OEM automotive companies such as PROTON, TOYOTA, HONDA, and PERODUA. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with good communication and leadership abilities. Ability to work effectively under pressure and within tight deadlines.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
