Job Description
\xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure operation standards given are followed at all times. \xe2\x80\xa2 Operate and perform cutting functions such as trimming, deboning, portioning and processing according to the specifications. \xe2\x80\xa2 To ensure the meat handling and storage procedures are in compliance to the food safety standards. \xe2\x80\xa2 To ensure the cleanliness and hygiene standards in the production are in compliance with all HACCP and GMP requirements. \xe2\x80\xa2 Follow instruction and guidelines given by Superior. \xe2\x80\xa2 Any other duties assigned by superior from time to time.
