Job Description

1. Lead and supervise mixing team to ensure smooth mixing process
2. Communicate with R&D personnel regarding mixing procedure for new formulation
3. Seek R&D approval signature for 1st batch of new formulation
4. Troubleshoot bulk product that are Out of Specification (OOS) and adjust until product specification are met and approved
5. Perform inspection and analytical test (viscosity, pH, etc) on finished bulk products
6. Perform cleaning of pH meter and viscometer after each use and monthly calibration
7. Monitor raw material inventory in Raw Materials Store
8. Key in product Batch Number (B/N), Mfg. Date, and Exp. Date in Autocount after mixing process
9. Key in rawmat B/N in Autocount\xe2\x80\x99s Stock Assembly
10. Update BOM (when necessary) and maintain stock card in Autocount
11. Key in finished bulk products test results in Google Drive
12. Maintain appropriate arrangement and record of product jar sample
13. Review Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) [Page 1 \xe2\x80\x93 Mixing Part] to ensure proper recording as per Good Documentation Practices
14. Filing of BMR page 1
15. Update BMR softcopy in Google Drive for any changes in formulation or specification after mixing activity
16. Stick product status sticker (Approved / Quarantined) on mixing tank
