Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align production activities with sales.
To work with production planners to plan the production schedule to meet customer datelines and company goals
Monitor production progress and adjust production schedule if needed to maintain efficiency and on-time delivery.
Analyze production data to identify potential bottlenecks and optimize resource utilization.
Provide regular reporting and analysis to management on production performance and on-time delivery.
Participate in initiatives to enhance production processes, reduce waste, and improve overall efficiency.
Identify and address any production issues that arise, implementing corrective actions as needed.
Requirements :-
Degree or Diploma in Production, Operations Management, or a related field
At least 3 years working experience in a production planning and control role, preferably in the manufacturing industry
Good communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Meticulous, responsible and proactive
MS Excel knowledge and experience using an ERP system is required.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
