Once the commercial operation commences by the end of 2024, the Kulim production site will focus on ABF substrate solutions for the semicon industry. Currently, we are seeking an experienced candidate to fill this newly created position: Production Coordinator
Your Responsibilities
Maintain, update and communicate information within scopes predominately for operation departments but not limited to that
Provide support to the managers of operation function, functional directors/managers of Engineering and Quality management as business needed
Provide supports and coordination for any project as assigned by OD
Coordinate across operation and other function to collect required information for reports as business needed
Coordinate and follow-up action required from regular meetings of operation and duties
Maintain and develop 6S/FM audit database and any reports/system/database as assigned by OD or functional directors/managers of engineering and quality management
Prepare cost related reports and KPI for operation function as business needed
Prepare and update any documentation as business needed or assigned by OD
Prepare presentations and reports as needed by OD for operation related but not limited to that
Take own initiatives and come up with ideas that improve system and procedures for operation related but not limited to that
Support and manage all meetings and conference call required for operation such as room reservations, agendas, securing necessary IT/ meeting equipment, initializing presentations, catering, and attendees updates
Identify any risk and leakage of the coordinated tasks and address to OD with sound solution in timely manner and ensure proper and timely escalation if needed
Perform various works as assigned by OD/operation function managers or functoinal directors/managers of engineering and quality management in timely and professional manner
Prepare expense reports , meeting arrangement, or any routine task for OD as needed or assigned
Your profile
Bachelor\'s Degree in Administration, Engineering fields or equivalent
Minimum 3 years experience of administration support and coordination
Ability to handle numerous tasks simultaneously in timely manner
Good attention to details and closed-loop follow-up of task
Able to work independently, minimum supervision, dedicated, results oriented, hardworking and able to work under pressure
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Programming skills like visual basics and related are preferred
