- At least SPM/Certificate or Diploma
- Work experience in the manufacturing industry will be an added advantage
- Preferred Mandarin Speaker
- Computer literate and familiar with Microsoft Office
- Good in communication and willing to learn
- Basic Account Knowledge is an advantage
- Able to work from Monday-Thursday (8:00am - 6:00pm) & Friday (8:00am - 5:00pm) at Teluk Panglima Garang, Selangor
- Support administrative documentation to ensure an efficient office operation
- Communicate with internal departments on matters related to administrative and production activities
- Assist in preparing documentation for production costing
- Perform administrative tasks and operational functions
- Support and work closely with the production team, operations, and accounts department to gather necessary input for cost optimization
