Machining, Assembly, Plastic Bending, Tube Bending and Plastic Welding operations, maintenance, quality and other production-related activities in the factory. Minimum Requirements: Possess at least a Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related filed. Must have a minimum of 10 years of direct working experience in the field of precision machining particularly milling and turning processes and at least 5 years experience as people manager in a high-mix, low-volume precision machining environment with more than 100 headcounts. Possess advance knowledge in understanding and interpreting technical drawings and specifications. Good knowledge of quality tools such as ISO9001 & AS9100 is an added advantage, Proactive personality and have strong ability to analyze and solve complex problems, Possess excellent communication skills and team working ability at all levels, Excellent command in Microsoft Office particularly MS Excel and MS Powerpoint, Possess knowledge of Health and Safety regulations. Provide strong leadership and management to Manufacturing Organization. Coach and provide training as and when necessary. Develop plan and establish procedures for maintaining high standards of manufacturing operation to ensure products conform to customers and company quality standards. Drive production team to achieve the targeted production plans (quality, cost and on-time-delivery) and provide solutions in difficult situations. Define and drives continuous improvement programs. Practices positive employee relations and serves as a key communication facilitator, trainer, coach and counsellor for the department. Direct and coordinate various projects essential to manufacturing process. Ensure strict adherence to all Company manufacturing standards / methods and policies. Enforce 6S, safety, health and environmental regulations.
