Production Director
Job Description
Our client is a new foreign investment in biofuels industry. They are setting up a new production plant in Johor Bahru.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage facility operations, logistics, product testing and shipment scheduling, and develop process control and measures;
Develop production planning based on feedstock supply, products sales, external terminal and logistics requirement to meet customers\' loading plan
Develop Key Performance Indicator (KPI) for production operations and to monitor, control and implement operating system to achieve overall target
Build, train, plan and optimize production team and resources to ensure smooth operation
Implement "6S" management on the production site
Act as the primary HSSE responsible person and to take charge to safety management for processes
Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Management
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor\'s degree or above in chemical or mechanical engineering or related discipline
- More than 10 years of production management experience in petrochemical industry, at least 5 years of managerial position
- Operational experience in chemical facility or refinery, preferred related to hydro-treatment and Oleochemical
- Good team player and strong problem-solving skills
